We believe that everyone deserves access to the transformative power of Meditation and Wellness programs. Therefore, our mission is to make sure our programs and classes are available to Everyone, and in this case, Group Members. Group memberships that allow Employees, Gym Members, or Home School folks to participate in our On Line programs specifically dedicated to YOU! We are committed to making it easy and enjoyable for anyone to practice without any political nor religious aspects, just pure health and benefits. Thus, you have access to these specific programs and an opportunity to discover anything more that you desire via our other programs.
Our programs were created by our founder, Joen. He has extensive working knowledge and familiarity with the Gym environment and teaching at schools and local corporations. He has developed and built a gym from the ground floor where he created all of the classes and taught them himself. He trained his members and created their own sports league. He has been meditating for 30 years. He also has extensive knowledge in massage therapy and energy work. You will definitely appreciate and enjoy our easy and simple programs and our Q class.
Based on our experiences, we provide you with an easy and simple mix of meditation and gentle exercises. This is a combination of Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong, and Tai chi. So, you will move slowly to stretch, meditate, etc, and at the end,,, your mind, body, and soul will be longing for the next class. You and your body will feel Relaxed, Refreshed, Energized, and Alive.

Our Group members have free access to our "Basic" Meditation and Wellness classes. All you need to do is go to our Membership page for more information and put in your email address in the Subscription button at the bottom. That way, we can send you emails on class schedules, etc.
Great Question! When you send us your email, (via the Subscription portion on our Membership page) we will then send you codes to join us live via Zoom, and or, other On Line platforms.

Not really. You only need to wear something comfortable, warm or cool. If you are serious about meditation, you will want to find a meditation pillow or mat. ( check out our Vendor supplies section ). If you participate in our "Q" class, you will want to eventually get some sort of yoga mat or something similar. As long as you have carpeting or something easy on you to sit on, then you will be fine.
Anyone can start, regardless of any prescribed levels. Simply jump in, we move slow and you will quickly catch on. Pretty much anyone from age 6 and up can participate.
No, pretty much anyone that is generally cleared for exercise beyond breathing for slow movements and stretching is good to go. Any age from age 6 and above,, You can do these while seating or standing. You only need a small area, most can be completed in the area space of a closet. For the lawyers, please have a doctor clear you if you need that. Otherwise, we harbor no liability of responsibility for any injuries sustained while you sit and meditate or stretch and move at the blinding speed of a turtle.
Everyone has access to the basic meditation classes. During this class, you have the opportunity to join me and learn basic meditation to either start your day, get centered during the day, or chill out after a long week. These classes can be live or pre- recorded and sent to your email for you to enjoy and follow. There are limited instructions during these sessions, so for further instruction or discussions, you will want to join our Retreats or become a regular member as well via Patreon at Zen Clouds.

Welcome to what I call the "Q" class. It is a combination of Passive and easy slow movements like streching and Yoga. Likewise, I add some moves that allow for self defense, meditation, balance and co-ordination. At the end of this 1 hour class, you will feel Re-Freshed, Relaxed, Energized and ready to address the world! This class is Guaranteed to have you wanting to come back for the next class and bringing your friends.
