In short, we are an On - Line Hub center via several platforms to provide you with some methods that promote Health, Happiness, Hope, Love, Compassion, and Knowledge. You may also experience tools for Healing and personal growth for You, your Partnership, your Home and Family. In Modern times, folks at Work and School also enjoy the benefits.
We do this by way of On Line Meditation Courses, Classes, and Retreats. We also Incorporate bringing in many other teachers, guides, etc to provide you a host of tools and learning opportunities. All programs can be done by either kids, adults, singles, groups, or couples.

Our On line Courses are paid programs with videos that go into greater detail for a variety of subjects. The main advantage is that you get a copy of those to review and use whenever you like.
For Example, let's say you want a course on basic "How To" Sit, Breathe, Posture, Thinking, etc for meditation. You can select and purchase those that work best for you.

Our Classes are provided on an on-going basis. Some of those are free and open to the general public, while most are available for membership customers.
Each class will vary on what type of meditation and meditation exercises that we cover. Most meditation classes are based on a Zen style meditation, either sitting, standing, etc. I also do a mix of energy and health exercises that you should love.
Again, we offer a lot of interview classes and guest speakers for your benefit.

Come join our On Line Retreats! They provide an opportunity to experience a greater variety of different types of meditation and strengthen your results with the convenience of staying in your home.
They are a great way for you to really get into some personal self development or simply enjoy an Energy power packed holy Wow time of Peace and Relaxation time for YOU, you and your Partner, your family, or Work group.
These last anywhere from 2 hours, one day, and longer. The Retreats offer the absolute best way for you to truly look into and explore yourself along with the vastness and Awe of the Great Cosmos and beyond. You will enjoy the benefits of the overwhelming sense of Peace within you.

Guided Meditations are some of the most popular for folks looking to get centered or find some peace and relaxation. Simply put, you just sit or lie down and listen to relaxing words and music. We guide you through a series of breathing, etc for you to rest, relax and find some peace.
For those folks looking to hear different teachings, we have a ton of videos to provide just that. Just as trying to learn anything else, like perhaps Math,,, it is best to hear different things from several folks to have the best effect on your ability to process and learn something. A good question. For any real depth of any subject,, there can be great value in finding a knowledgeable teacher that suits your liking, someone that you can relate to and get the most from. Sometimes it is also beneficial to learn from several folks. We trust and welcome you to our home and care via on line so that we can assist you along your way. We have over 30 years of meditation experience. The majority of that is with Soto Zen Meditations. We also have a vast knowledge and experience with Energy meditations such as, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, etc. In addition, we mix the other meditations of our own unique blend and style of Heart Meditations, Guided Meditations, some Shamanism, etc.
We teach a blend of Zen seating and walking meditations, Guided, Mindfulness, Heart, Chakra meditations, Energy in motion meditations and more.
* You are most welcome to have a pen and paper with you in case you like to Journal or write down any thoughts while you meditate.
* For the majority of the meditations you will eventually want to have a meditation floor cushion and soft pillow to sit on. I personally prefer the Kapok vs the bean hulk or other types of filling for meditation pillows.
* If you have a yoga mat, hopefully a thick one, would be great and very useful.
* You do not need any bells or such tools during Retreats or classes unless you personally prefer that and have your volume turned off during a retreat or enjoy during your own time as well. We certainly understand if you do.
Just wear whatever is comfortable for you and appropriate in case you decide to participate in any sharing video. Otherwise, no one will see you if you are not sharing,,, so make sure to be comfortable for movement and the temperature that works best for you.
During our shorter events, we plan those times for you to have time to eat before and after those events. However, we certainly understand that everyone can differ on this,,, so we do schedule breaks to accommodate you. Since you are on line in the convenience of your own space, you certainly can adjust as you need to, including bathroom breaks.
The Mood that you wish to create is your choice with respect to lights, sounds, smells, etc. We will be playing music most of the time for you. The real ideal thing is to find a space where you will have the least amount of disturbance.
During Retreats and everything we do, you will do a variety of this. If you are limited to any one of these positions, then we support and encourage you to do what you can. We are happy to have you join us.
None. We welcome all beginners and anyone else at any other level.
Yes and No. We provide some live classes and lectures for free for our members and an occasional free class for everyone. Otherwise our programs are mainly driven by Membership. With a membership, all of our lectures and classes are included at no extra charge. We do charge for the Retreats, but at very low rates starting at $ 10.00 for an Individual membership.
We trust that you will really enjoy your time with us. Eventually, we hope to travel around and be available for folks to join us live in person, but for now, we are on line via Zoom.. We provide a relaxing / easy going format for you to enjoy and participate at your speed and level of comfort. We do a variety of lite stretching and small movements while standing within a small space. We do some standing, walking, sitting and lying down. You are most welcome to sit in a chair if that is best for you. Even if you are restricted in some ways, you can participate in almost everything with some adaptations.
We provide a variety of meditation techniques for you to experience a host of different things and pass the time from one activity to another. Your body, mind, and spirit will experience a lot of energy, peace, tranquility, and an inner peace and calmness. Your mind will become much quitter, and any level of stress or anxiety will be greatly reduced. You will experience a refreshing renewed spirit, ready to take on a new day! Please feel free to ask any other questions that you may have.
Although we are mainly Membership driven, these memberships include all classes, except for the Retreats, so you will need to register separately for each retreat. If you wish to join a Class or Retreat,,,just send us your information via your Subscription or visit the event schedule listed on the Retreats page and click on those links to Eventbrite where you can register. After you register on Eventbrite, you will be taken directly to the Zoom retreat.

Right now, Gyms, Home Schools, and Senior Living Facilities and activities are growing very fast in their adaptations to incorporate Meditation programs for their members.
Also, prisons, Addiction and Recovery centers, Corporations and Business groups, meetings, work staff and their retreats, to add to any other live events, Home Schooling or any other school environments and many more folks are now opening up to the benefits of Meditation.
We have chosen to set up our programs via Membership programs. That helps us to be available for you 24/7. It also provides an easy way to incorporate an all inclusive package of products or services for one price instead of you having to pay separately.
We have 3 basic types of Memberships.
Corporate or Group Memberships:
These are for like Gyms, Health Memberships, Home School Groups, etc that pay a single membership fee to us that allows a free membership participation of all it's members.
Individual Memberships:
These are simply as noted, for individual members. We are happy to serve.
Family Memberships:
These are for either husband / wife team, or an entire family, or any other partners, limiting to a normal family size.
