Great Question,,,,perhaps different folks have different opinions or interpretations on this,,, I certainly have my thoughts which I am happy to discuss in further detail in my video teachings. Otherwise, a short version is simply this,,,
A. Coming to the realization that " you" are not the "you" of simply the flesh and blood and personality that you once held as "true",,,
B. Realization that everyone and everything is all ONE.
C. Coming to understand that everyone and everything in the ONE is expressed as LOVE, thus each person can come to Love his/her self and then truly express that to others.

We live in an indescribable complex and Beautiful world that was created by God/Source and all of us are part of the Collective for us to experience many things in a matrix. We come in and out of this matrix many times for these experiences and other reasons. At the end of those journeys, we start to Awaken, " Wake up" from a somber sleep within the matrix and can begin to remember that we are not simply this physical body on this Earthly plane and that we are not alone as an individual, but rather, we are a Brilliant light as part of Source living out our own self expressions in multi dimensions in multiple different ways all at the same time living out each moment of now simply breathing in and out as we experience each thing while never escaping that we are also all ONE entity playing in this hampster wheel of this life of illusions in order for us to play out our moments of NOW that we can NEVER escape from and always is,,,, as we continue our journey.

Wellness, in our definition, is where we consider the whole portion of a life form or a Being and look at what is the maximum optimization of that being. What portion of that being is in dis-ease and why? How can that portion by amended / healed. As HU/ Light beings on our journey through the matrix, we incorporate many experiences and things within these journeys to fulfill our ultimate goals of the soul. During these journeys as a Hu-Man/woman, we fall into lower frequencies that lead to a multitude of dis-ease, injuries, and emotional anchors that hold us back from operating at a maximum potential.. Wow,,,,that is a big question.. I grew up having one understanding of what Spirituality is, but have found that apparently, there are many definitions. I will let you determine what your definition is and whether or not that is amended or not over time.
Surprisingly, there are several definitions of what meditation is or how it is done or what it should look like. So, when I am asked to describe what meditation is, I say that you should first recognize your reasons, or ask what is it that you wish to accomplish, so that I can in turn, explain what type of meditation I would suggest for you. Meanwhile, a generic definition is that meditation is doing a combination of things with your mind and body that provides a healthy change in your state of being that provides health benefits, and or, a variety of other benefits.
Most folks wish to pursue meditation for knowledge/wisdom, health, running away from something or toward something, perhaps trying to reduce stress and anxiety, perhaps maybe trying to increase concentration, or to find some peace and happiness. In modern times, many Home Schools, Health Clubs, and Work places include meditation in their environment for results.
Although I may not know your reason, I do know that there are several different styles or types of meditation that combine physical and mental activities or body postures along with different breathing or mental exercises to help you accomplish that which you are working toward. Meditation may or may not have any religious connotations or connections, that is up to you.
I provide a non secular, NON political approach to teaching a variety of meditation techniques. You will experience a variety of standing, sitting, and walking types of "regular" meditation. I also share Meditation Exercises to increase health and vitality, etc through my Q classes.
The Q classes is a combination of different Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, and other forms of light/semi passive exercises and meditation. For each portion of what you participate in, you will emerge feeling re-vitalized, refreshed, and wanting more.
